TERM 1 CLASSES
Yoga for Back Health 4.00 pm – 5.30pm This 1 .5 hour class is designed for those who experience ongoing back pain with gentle asana to promote blood flow and loosening of the joints, pranayama to reset the body and yoga nidra to offer that much needed stress release. Commencing February 10th
General class 9.30 am – 11.00 am Fridays x 4 weeks $100 Practices include meditation, asana including Salute to the sun, pranayama and yoga nidra. Commencing February 13th
General yoga class 6.00pm – 7.30pm Tuesday x 4 weeks $100. This class is designed to loosen those hamstrings and hips as well as setting yourself for the week ahead with relaxing pranayama and of course yoga nidra ( deep relaxation). Commencing February 10th
Classes are limited to 10 places and held at the old Railway building in Harper Avenue Beechworth . BYO yoga mat and blanket. Bolsters, blocks and other accessories provided.
